Quenton King

Fitness and Krav Maga Instructor

Quenton “Coach Q” King is a Certified Personal Trainer and group Fitness instructor through the International Sports and Science Association (ISSA). Coach Q has over 15 years of personal training, group fitness classes and youth speed and agility training. Coach Q is also a Certified Krav Maga self-defense instructor that has helped many individuals in the community reach levels of confidence that they didn’t feel was obtainable. Quenton received his Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Sociology from Appalachian State University.  Utilizing his experience as a professional athlete, Coach Q served as coach for Bowie Boys and Girls Club’s wrestling and football program for 14 years.  Coach Q has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to fitness and training. Whether it’s through weight loss, toning, self-defense or athletic performance, his mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals while building strength, confidence, and resilience. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall health, master self-defense techniques, or transform your lifestyle, Coach Q will bring a personalized approach to help you succeed.
