No experience is required. All activities are beginner-friendly and instructor-led.
Our Taekwondo birthday parties are best suited for children ages 4-12. Activities are adjusted based on age, size, and experience level to ensure safety and fun. Building strong family units is important to us at Apex Alliance Fitness for our Crofton community.
Comfortable athletic clothing is perfect. No uniforms are required. Parties are held barefoot or in socks when on the mat or otherwise instructed.
You will find Apex Alliance Fitness in Crofton provides an enjoyable, fun, and safe environment for kids birthday parties. Kids will be grinning from ear to ear by the end. We are sure you will be too!
You’re welcome to bring cake and snacks. Some packages include extra time for food and gifts, or you can add 30 extra minutes for $50.
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice, subject to availability.
Yes- Live 45min zoom session for $129 with one of our instructors. This includes warmup games, basic taekwondo techniques, unlimited guests and birthday spotlight.
We encourage parents to watch their children in their kids martial arts lessons. We love parents getting involved! And so do their kids. Even better, join in on some of our activities. Your kids will love that you have something in common. It will build a strong family bond!
Additionally, if you wanted some ‘me-time’, simply drop them off and go grab a coffee. They will greet you with a huge smile when you return because they had SO much fun!
Not at all. You will find that martial arts classes are the PERFECT sport for kids who are not good at other sports. Kids martial arts classes really are an individual after-school activity that they do in a group.
The journey from white belt to black belt is different for each student. But some things are the same – they improve coordination, balance, motor skills, focus, and discipline. Plus, they make lots of great friends!
Our instructors are highly skilled in teaching martial arts for kids. It’s their PASSION!
Each package includes a set number of participants. Additional children can be added for $10 per child based on instructor availability and space.
That’s okay. Children are encouraged but never forced. They can take breaks and rejoin when ready.
Decorations are not included by default, but themed add-ons or basic setup options may be available upon request.
